Menu Plan Monday ~ May 19

I made such a huge pot of black bean chili and had so many other leftovers that I hardly had to cook last week! That hardly ever happens, but it was great. :-) I adding much of last week's menu plans to this week's.

Monday

Breakfast: Cold Cereal or Smoothies
Lunch: PB & J
Dinner: Black Bean Chili (leftovers)

Tuesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins
Lunch: PB & J
Dinner: Creamed Tuna & Peas

Wednesday

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

Thursday

Breakfast: Yogurt with Homemade Granola
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Salad

Friday

Breakfast: Blender Batter Pancakes, fruit, milk
Lunch: Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner: Spaghetti

Saturday

Breakfast: Smoothies
Lunch: Leftovers
Dinner: Fresh Fish (hopefully)

Sunday

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftovers or Sandwiches
Dinner: Fresh Fish (hopefully)
